A city-within-a-city has been described by developer Emaar for the Dubai Creek Harbour development. Located near Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary on the Dubai Creek waterfront, the project occupies an open site. “Oh, no! What about the 450 species that are protected by the sanctuary? You might ask. Don’t worry, this is an ecologically responsible development that’s in harmony with the sanctuary and its wildlife. Dubai Creek Harbour offers several different concepts, ranging from 1 to 3-bedroom apartments to penthouses, including The Cove, Creek Gate, and Creek Horizon. With a waterfront promenade, centrally located park area, marina, yacht club, and 5-star hotels, the community’s Island District combines upmarket living with leisure amenities. Dubai’s spectacular skyline can be seen from apartment windows and the promenade. The Burj Khalifa may be getting shorter, but don’t worry, a new tower will be rising in Dubai Creek Harbour in the near future, aptly named…The Tower.

Shopping, eating, and drinking

Residents will be able to enjoy stylish boutiques, cafes, and restaurants in the development. A view of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary makes for a picturesque burger experience on The Terrace’s terrace for breakfasts and brunches. There are a number of eateries, banks, and retail outlets in the nearby Dubai Design District. Mirdiff City Centre and Dubai Festival City are also nearby, where you can do some serious shopping.

The location.

Victory Heights lies within Sports City, between Motor City and Dubai Production City, at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Khail Street (E44). Its location makes it easy for residents to access Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates. Travelers can easily reach Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport by car, as well as Dubai Investment Park. A 15-minute drive brings you to Al Barsha and the Mall of the Emirates, as well as The Springs, The Greens, Barsha Heights (Tecom), Media City, Internet City, JLT, Dubai Marina, and JBR.

A day on the town

Among the leisure facilities available to residents of Dubai Creek Harbour are private pools, gyms, and children’s play areas. There are several paths, parks, and promenades at The Cove, which are designed for joggers and the central park is a great place to relax. If you prefer, you can spend a day boating, sipping a sundowner, and taking in the magnificent view at the Marina Yacht Club. You can find numerous restaurants, cafes, cinemas, ice skating rinks, fountain shows, and cinemas at Dubai Mall.

From primary to secondary

Dubai Creek Harbor does not have any schools, but the surrounding area has many. There are a number of nursery schools in Dubai Festival City, such as Super Kids, Small Steps, Blue Bird, and Baby First Nursery. Foundation, primary, and secondary levels of the British Curriculum are offered at nearby Heartland School. Foundation and primary students at Kings School in Nad Al Sheba follow the British Curriculum. A British independent school curriculum is taught at Repton School in Nad Al Sheba, which accepts day students and boarders. The area is home to many more schools.
