Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, including managing a team of real estate agents and ensuring that his team meets their sales targets.
  • Train and mentor real estate agents, providing guidance and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Teach his team to negotiate deals with clients, other agents, and brokers to ensure that the agency secures the best possible deals.
  • Manage his team’s financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate with his Director/ CEO, and agents, regularly to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological developments to ensure that the agent.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate software, social media platforms, and online marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Keep the company standards and make sure his team follows the same guidelines.
