Make sure the following documents are ready:
- Original title deed obtained from Dubai Land Department (DLD).
- The seller's original passport and any other documents and receipts related to the original sale.
- An NOC from the developer confirms that there are no liabilities associated with the property.
- In the case of a rental, a copy of the tenancy agreement.
- A seller's agreement, also known as Form A, when selling a property through a real estate agency.
